A long overdue collection of 17 songs from Corinne, who is a well-loved familiar face at traditional singing sessions and festivals throughout the country, and who has spent a lifetime recording, collecting and learning songs. Included are many from the English and Anglo-Irish traditions along with some new songs from Corinne and other songwriters.

On this release, Corinne is ably accompanied by musicians (including Keith Kendrick, Sylvia Needham, Doug Eunson & Sarah Matthews) who know just how to provide tasteful, diverse accompaniments without overpowering the song, which always remains the focus of attention.

The songs here, for one reason or another, aren’t widely known or sung and through this CD, Corinne plays her part in keeping them alive for generations to come. They are quality songs from a singer of substance!
